DO YOU HAVE YOUR OWN BUILDER?
If you have your own builder and only require help with the design and supply of materials, then that is perfectly fine. Book an appointment with our consultants today and we’ll help you through the design process, colour palette, product selection, build a mood for you and provide an 3D Render to provide clarity before committing to the final design.
CHOOSE FROM TWO WAYS TO RENOVATE
Working with us for your bathroom renovation will fall into two options, below we explain how these options play out.
OPTION 01.
Design & Supply Only
Your have a builder
If you have a builder and only require Walkers to help with design and styling (colour palette & mood board) and products. eg. tiles, lighting, underfloor heating, vanity unit, tapware and bath. This is the option best suited to your project. We can still provide a 3D render of your bathroom design, please note costs do apply.
Option 01. Includes:
- Designer led product selections
- Supply your chosen tiles, bathware, vanities and finishes.
- Clear product schedule to support your builder.
OPTION 02.
Design, Supply and Install
Walkers manages the build
We can manage the whole process with you. We’ll help with design and styling (colour palette & mood board) and product selection. eg. tiles, lighting, underfloor heating, vanity unit, tapware and bath. Then we manage and complete the demolition, build and installation of your new bathroom.
Option 02. Includes:
- Designer led product selections
- Supply your chosen tiles, bathware, vanities and finishes.
- Quote supply and build package.
- Walkers engages our construction team to complete you bathroom renovation.

STEP 01.
Book an Appointment
Schedule a consultation to discuss your existing bathroom, your goals, and how you’d like the space to function.
STEP 02.
Consultation & Design
Meet with a Walkers Interior Designer to explore layout options, style direction and budget considerations.
STEP 03.
Curated Selections
Tiles, tapware, vanities, lighting, underfloor heating, fixtures and finishes are selected alongside a cohesive colour palette. A mood board brings the design together visually.
STEP 04.
Optional 3D Render
3D renders provide clarity before committing. Multiple pricing options are available, from simple spatial layouts to highly detailed visuals.
STEP 05.
Measure and Quote
Accurate site measurements are taken and a detailed quote prepared, ensuring transparency and confidence.
STEP 06.
Approve and Order
Once approved, all products are ordered and scheduled to align with the build timeline.
STEP 07.
Build and Install
Our experienced trades bring the design to life, with Walkers overseeing the process to ensure quality and consistency.
STEP 08.
Handover and Care
Your completed bathroom is handed over with practical guidance for caring and maintaining the selected materials, so it continues to look great for years to come.
